New Zealand Paper Tiger Owners Association

The New Zealand Paper Tiger Owners Association (NZPTOA) is the governing body for the Paper Tiger class in New Zealand. The class is affiliated to Yachting New Zealand. 

The Association has a strong membership base of over 100 members and is currently growing. Members are enthusiastic and sail and play hard.  The NZPTOA has area representatives through out New Zealand who can assist you in, joining the class and providing technical support and encouragement. Contact your local representative. 

The class Newsletter is the Tiger Rag. It is published regulary throughout the year and provides an excellent summary of regatta results and commentaries, upcoming regatta dates and boats and gear for sale. New issues are posted to the website here.

International

The class also has a strong membership in Australia, and some following in South Africa and around the Pacific. The class is governed internationally by the Paper Tiger Catamaran International Association which sets class rules and co-ordinates international competitions.
